All online orders are processed via PayPal. PayPal payments with a credit or debit card will process within a few minutes. PayPal eChecks may take up to 7 days to process. PayPal supports all major credit cards and is quick, easy and guarantees the highest level of security.



Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after form of payment clears. Domestic orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days / comes with tracking). International orders will be shipped using USPS International First Class Mail (8-12 business days / does not come with tracking).


Lost Orders

If the final status of your tracking number is “Undelivered” and the United States Post Office is unable to locate your package, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your order including the shipping charge that you paid. However, if the status of your tracking number is “Delivered” and you physically did not receive the package (ie. Stolen from your porch or front door ), we will not be held liable and suggest that you contact your local post office for more information. We are happy to require a signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Special Instructions section at checkout if you require a signature.


Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns in NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION accompanied by RECEIPT AND TAGS ATTACHED within 14 days of purchase or receipt of shipped goods.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be handled as a return ( less the shipping fee ). We recommend purchasing the correct size online.  Returns and credits will be processed within 3 days of being received.  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment in person or via Paypal for online orders.  Sale items or marked down items are considered final sale.  Any items not accompanied with a  receipt or if receipt is lost, will be subject to store credit only. No Exceptions.
