Payment & Shipping


All online orders are processed via PayPal. PayPal payments with a credit or debit card will process within a few minutes. PayPal eChecks may take up to 7 days to process. PayPal supports all major credit cards and is quick, easy and guarantees the highest level of security.



E-mail receipt of your tracking number doesn't mean your order has shipped, it simply means your order has been packaged and processed. You will not receive exact tracking information until package is scanned at the post office. This process may take an additional several days depending on the day of the week and time of the year (I.E. government / national holidays). Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after form of payment clears. Domestic orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days / comes with tracking). International orders are shipped using USPS International First Class Mail (8-12 business days / does not come with tracking). The time for your order to clear customs varies in each country and can take weeks. If you haven't received your package, please contact your local customs office. The shipping cost does not cover customs fees, import taxes and clearance costs charged by the country government you import the goods to.


Lost Orders

If the final status of your tracking number is “Undelivered” and the United States Post Office is unable to locate your package, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your order including the shipping charge that you paid. However, if the status of your tracking number is “Delivered” and you physically did not receive the package (ie. Stolen from your porch or front door ), we will not be held liable and suggest that you contact your local post office for more information. We are happy to require a signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Special Instructions section at checkout if you require a signature.
